Twirl (ages 2-5)These classes are designed to develop basic motor skills and musicality, as well as encourage creative movement and expression. All aspects of training are explored; development of balance, turning, jumping, positions of the feet, classroom behavior and etiquette. This class is 45 minutes long and includes ballet, tap and tumbling. They do ballet every week and alternate tap and tumbling.

Ballet
Classes include traditional barre, centre work, and focuses on building strong technique. Teachers emphasize body alignment, posture, flexibility, muscle memory and control.

Jazz
These classes build off of the basics of Ballet (balance, flexibility, and control), yet are faster paced. It offers a wide variety of musical accompaniment and promotes individual expression.

Tap
Beginner through advanced classes includes both barre and centre work emphasizing musicality and coordination. Technique in both Broadway and Rhythm styles is taught through exercises, drills, and combinations.

Hip Hop
Hip Hop classes develop strength and stamina along with muscle memory. The classes are fast paced and energetic with contemporary music heard on the radio.

Contemporary LyricalContemporary classes are a mixture of Lyrical and Jazz. It consists of modern technique and movement utilizing a wide rage of music.

AcrobaticsAcrobatics focuses on developing strength, control, and flexibility. The curriculum includes contortion work as well as gymnastic training.

SilksSilks are an aerial art form that uses two pieces of silk material to hold oneself up. It is seen on every stage of Cirque de Soleil and is used world wide from cruise ships to Broadway. Silks build students core strength and improve overall body control.
